Read the warranty agreement carefully!
All products purchased in our store have an official manufacturer's warranty and are serviced in authorized service centers. To receive warranty service, you must present a warranty card with the date of purchase and the store seal.
The warranty agreement is terminated if:
- the warranty period has expired;
- the warranty document(s) are not provided; damaged, inaccurate or corrected text; in the absence of the date of sale, the seller's seal and signature;
- the rules of use/installation are violated and do not comply with the operating conditions provided for in the instructions;
- the device has traces of non-warranty repair (repair of the product independently or by unofficial representatives);
- damage caused by external/visual changes, device circuitry or software changes;
- the serial number of the device has been removed or changed;
- the serial number, seal, trademark of the device are damaged, removed or lost;
- the device has: visual, mechanical, electrical or thermal damage;
- the device was not used for its intended purpose, was improperly transported, installed and used by the user;
- The rules for operating and storing the device were violated.
Terms of exchange or return of goods

Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that the offered products are of high quality and meet your wishes. In cases where the delivered goods are damaged or do not correspond to the data specified on the website, we offer a replacement of the goods or a refund in accordance with the conditions set out below.
1. Return/exchange of goods
1.1. You can return or exchange the goods purchased from us within 3 calendar days.
1.2. You must contact us in advance and inform us about the return or exchange of the goods.
1.3. When returning/exchanging, you must indicate the product identification, order number, date of purchase, date of receipt and the specific reason for the return.
1.4. If any damage is visible on the product, we reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange the product, or conduct an investigation and diagnostics within 10 days to confirm this.
1.5. To return/exchange the product, you must provide all its components and documents.
1.6. Discounted products cannot be exchanged/returned.
2. The product is subject to return or exchange if:
2.1. If the product does not meet the technical specifications posted on our website, in this case the company will return the product and you will receive a refund;
2.2. The product will be replaced if the product has a manufacturing defect or the product was damaged during delivery. To do this, you must check the product handed over by the courier upon delivery and confirm the quality of the product to the courier, otherwise damage during transportation cannot be confirmed.
3. Procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation.
3.1. We will reimburse the cost of delivery if:
3.1.1. The product does not correspond to the technical specifications posted on our website;

4. Product replacement conditions:

5. Conditions for refund of the amount paid
